I was recommended Daniel Guay when I sold my condo and bought my townhouse in 2011. Worst experience of my life. I never felt that Daniel was even working for me... His demeanour was rude and he was not helpful in the slightest. I was a single mom with a baby at the time with a lot going on... This experience was the worst... I swore I would never move again and Iam still in my house. He never told me that I had to be out of my condo that morning of the close... And that day while I was moving he kept calling me saying I had an hour to be out or else I would be charged by the person moving in. I was charged 250 bucks from the lady moving in because I was never told to be out by a certain time by my lawyer. Daniel was rude.. Did nothing to help me and made my moving experience the worst I have ever had. I will never recommend him to anyone.
