I worked with Josh for 7 years. Took a break with my matter during Covid. Issues resumed. Pleasant to speak with, was told he blew statute of limitations deadlines. Finally got on the WWW/Internet and googled his name. OMG . . . I have worked for lawyers, don't know it all, just know that I am fighting this in NJ because my health has suffered tremendously due to stress and the people involved with my matter. This is an HOA matter, not rocket science. MAYBE I may get money in the future, but at what cost? He is facing disbarment in PA, and no doubt in NJ. I know the law area is not always pleasant, but he should have stepped back long ago and really looked at where he wanted to go with that law degree. I feel bad for others who have had similarly negative experiences.

Do not use this attorney. He misrepresents his clients and makes false and deceptive claims in court which dont help you and got him sanctioned by the court. He should be disbarred

We were having issues with late fees and returned fees for months that needed to be clarified. Mr. Thomas took months of fees to file a modification which one can do for free, indicating it was the only way to get records needed to clarify. When we were denied the modification, the mortgage company filed a foreclosure. He then said he would charge hundreds of dollars more a month for the foreclosure defense.Mortgage company said he did not file all the paperwork. He did not even show up at court and another attorney who did not even have a copy of our file nor knew anything showed up to remove Mr. Thomas's appearance. The Judge denied and we got an extension. When we questioned him, he responded unprofessionally and hostile(nicely stated). We then worked with a new mortgage company and got a modification after additional thousands of dollars in legal fees. This is a scam and do not be fooled. His assistants change either names or persons monthly and deny all previous conversations.
