Lee was there every step of the way throughout my first home purchase. He communicates very well which is important to me and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. If I was to do it all over again I wouldn't do it any other way other than to have Lee represent me as my real estate attorney!

Hiring an attorney is difficult enough but doing so under duress is even harder. It is always a blessing when family or friends can pass along a recommendation. In our case our family friend and real estate agent recommended Lee when our Mother passed. We were faced with the sale of her home and the handling of her will. We highly recommend Lee and his staff as they understood our needs and were professional in every way while always being conscious of our emotional state. Lee's support during this time made all the difference. We highly recommend him.

Lee and his staff were a valuable asset to our home buying experience. Lee's staff kept us informed and confident every step of the way. We ran into several issues on a home we were in contract in as a result of the seller's negligence of the property and severe water damage. Lee stepped in immediately and guided us through, insuring we received our full deposit back, allowing us to make an offer on another home. Lee and his team took us right through closing on our new home. Everything was explained very well and all of our questions were answered right away. We have already recommended Lee's office to several of our friends and will surely use him again in the future. If you are looking to work with an office that is dependable and trustworthy, you will find it here.

Not a very good attorney. He seemed ok at first but tends to talk over you and very rapid. He is slow to respond to emails and seems to be in meetings that always prevent him from answering the phone. He and his partner (McCarthy)failed to enforce certain aspects of a contract during my house closing, which cost me an unnecessary expense of over $500. If you need a local attorney stay away from this one.
