Sends excessively long emails to waste money. I found her to be biased towards other party. Instructed me to pay VOLUNTEER spousal support without signing any paperwork. Only later did I learn I can not claim it for taxes. I do not recommend.

Hired Angela PRINCEWILL for my family court matter. She was over the page limit for one of my submissions and blamed her program. This resulted in our submission being rejected and the initial 14B was gone "unanswered". Due to her incomitances, I was forced to do an unmanageable interim parenting schedule. Fortunately, I fired her and then hired Poroshad MAHDI, which was the best decision I ever made. We ended up going to Trial and I won, no thanks to Princewill. My trial resulted in a large sum of money awarded to me, due to my ex being completely unreasonable from the very beginning. I do NOT recommend working with Angela Princewill. She was a disaster and left me worse off than when I started my family Court matter.

Terrible experience. Angela Princewill and her firm are utterly neglectful. Due to their negligence, I wasted thousands of dollars for nothing. I had to hire another lawyer and start all over again. She won’t mediate for you, she’s unresponsive, not committed to your case, not empathetic, and does not offer sound legal advice. This firm will just run a bill. She advertises to be open to feedback and when I offered it once, she snapped at me via email. Awful.

The worst experience ever. They don’t know what they are doing, they keep wasting time to over charge you for a very low quality service. They are extremely unprofessional and over priced. I dealt with their lawyer (Sherine Abdi) for a divorce case and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. She wasn’t honest & explicit with me from the beginning and kept promising things she couldn’t deliver in real world. She doesn’t have enough experience to deal with complex cases, unreachable and inefficient. Even when I voiced the bad quality service I received for the extremely overpriced charges, after they apologized and promised me a refund, they didn’t send me anything and stopped replying to my emails. Run from this firm don’t deal with them! They will promise you many things at the beginning just to take your money and once you retain them, they don’t care & you won’t get any of what you were promised. I highly don’t recommend them. Such firms should be penalized by (LSO).

In 2018, I retained her on two issues, 1) to bring a motion to change a FINAL order of the court and 2) to obtain my divorce
Angela brought both cases to a satisfactory conclusion in 2019, a mere 17 months later. No trial was required
1. Knowledge of the family law rules
Angela was very explicit and clear about the issues of my case. At the very first meeting, she outlined the difficulties and weaknesses of my case with respect to the FLRs. I may not have liked what she said but she was straight up with me.
2. Timeliness.
She and her team kept track of all court deadlines.
Angela was always punctual AND prepared for all her meetings.
3. Strategies.
She kept our aces “close and protected”. She won my cases by exploiting the opposition weaknesses.
4. Biggest asset.
Angela found 1 weakness and was after me like a hawk to get the required evidence. A major headache for me, I thank her for her insistence.
I highly recommend Angela and her team.

I went a few months ago for help with my separation agreement and custody. Angela and her articling student Sherine have been wonderful in terms of communication, support and all around knowledge of family law. They will not waste your money and keep you updated with everything. If it wasn't for Angela and Sherine I would not be able to get through this. Angela Princewill was great in handling my sister's refugee protection claim.Please,be informed that my sister's refugee claim was opposed and protested by the Ministerial Review Office of CIC listing all the reasons why she should be refused refugee protection.At that point it became a matter of legal prowess and versatility, and true to our confidence in Angela, she was able to provide all the legal standpoints,arguments,opinions, laws,articles,reviews,as well as guide my sister in her proper narrative all of which combined to effectively counter all the arguments of the Ministerial Review office of the CIC, and in its decision, the Refugee Protection Division upheld that my sister was indeed in need of protection and was granted the status of ''Protected Person'' along with her children.So,as far as a complex refugee claim like my sister's goes,I can attest to Angel's proven ability to deliver.She knows her job,she has the knowledge and experience.
