She is expensive but worth every single cent you give her. Her secretaries are kind and comforting. She listens and really cares about you.

She did nothing substantial to fight for her client to win. She just let both sides do their own battles and just blew a whistle once in a while for time out to do administration to collect her pay.

Nicole and her team were excellent to deal with. I was her client for just over 3 years. I felt that she did a good job in front of the judges. She had a list of resources for my kids who had a hard time with the divorce. She was expensive.

This lawyer acted in opposition to me in a family law case and in my judgement prolonged and complicated the solution that was finally reached. We found her methods to be uncooperative, adversarial and mean-spirited. Her client, in my opinion, secured less than was originally offered and stemming from the tactics this lawyer used, has lost all contact with the children. Lawyers obviously earn a living by maximizing client fees, but in some instances, aggressive tactics can cause irreparable and needless damage if they are perceived as bullying the other party and the children. The two other comments related to this lawyer on this site are positive suggesting that our experience may have been an isolated case. Clearly people will often dislike any lawyer who opposes them, and that bias should be considered in my comments, but if you are going to hire a bully - before doing so consider that a smart lawyer with good intentions will cost you less andusually always win over a bully.

Hired her for a family law matter. My wife and I agreed on most things, but were fighting over custody of my daughter and son. Nicole was great at helping me through it and got me joint custody which is what I wanted. Cons: She is busy and can take a couple of days to return your call or email. All lawyers are expenseive, I'm not sure how her rates are compared to other lawyers. I will say that she was worth it as I now have my kids half time and there is no price you can put on that.
