If it were possible to add a negative value I would. This attorney violated his fiduciary duties as well as the client / attorney privilege for leaking confidential client information and making false statements in an e-mail that was "leaked" to the defense counsel. He cost me my ENTIRE settlement that we had already WON and was sitting in the court registry to the tune of $16,500 by making false statements in that e-mail to someone he knew was friendly with the defense. In spite of multiple attempts on my part to find out WHY he did what he did, thus far he has ignored all communications and refused to self report himself to the BAR. If you cannot trust your own attorney you do not stand a chance in court.
