A great lawyer. I started my divorce case with her in Hart Legal, and then followed her into her new firm. My case is very complicated involving ministry of children and family development. But she is fully capable of dealing with this. She is sharp and active with long term strategy. She does not focus on paperwork as many lawyers do but mainly on the final result. Currently she is on maternity leave and my biggest headache is hard to find a lawyer like her.

I can only assume positive reviews were written by Emma's mom. She regularly filled in forms incorrectly, let months go by without any contact or communication (except for regular expensive invoices) and displayed a complete ignorance of basic divorce and pension issues. Currently seeking the advice of a second lawyer to try and unravel the mess Emma made.

Emma is amazing. She has been successful in obtaining the results we wanted. So pleased to have her go for bat for us. She's honest and trustworthy. I wouldn't have anyone else help with our case.

I feel so lucky to have met Emma. She is one of the most honest, caring and genuine people I have ever met. I was dealt with a pretty lousy situation and it was at this time I decided I needed a lawyer. I am so glad I went with her. Ms.Neary made everything better. We won our appeal! She is really a lawyer who goes to bat for her clients. She is extremely knowledgable and really understood all of my concerns. She had no problems answering any my questions, even if it meant emailing me back at odd hours of the night. I could go on and on about just how great she really is. If you are in need of a family law lawyer, do not hesitate to go with Emma. She is just wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone. And if in the event I am ever in need of another family lawyer I would not think to go with anyone but her!

I've known Emma professionally for several years now and she has always been dedicated to her clients and her work. She's highly knowledgeable and honest.
