I hired attorney to restore my employment after I was wrongfully terminated from my job.He misled me in my options to appeal and brought my case to the wrong court.It took four months for him to submit petition to the court a day later than the dead line, despite my begging to do it on time.Attorney explained me that he did not have time for my case because he had other clients more urgent cases.Wrote Reply Affirmation to the defendant at the last minute before court appearance.It was very important document that should allow my case to stay in Supreme Court.I have not slept whole night waiting for this document to be emailed to me to discuss and sign. He had 2 months for that job to be done. Adjourned our court appearance several times because he was not prepared.Never kept his promise to complete things on time.He have kept me under an extreme unnecessary stress all the time I have been dealing with him. I sent my complaint to The Departmental Disciplinary Committee of New York.
