Ms. Nakonechny has done a tremendous job in accessing and processing a not-so-straight forward case. The costs do mount but again, the legal issues were complex. I would recommend her. She is tenacious, knowledgeable and a well rounded communicator.

This lawyer certainly has tenacity! She drags out a case in order to milk her clients of a steady stream of legal fees. Watch out -- your monthly legal bill will quickly drain your savings!

Ms Nakonechny is the consummate professional. Her role is to advise, not to give you a hug and make you feel better. On top of her impressive knowledge of CURRENT family law, her specialty seemed to be keeping things calm. Don't escalate unless it's necessary, look at the big picture, and truly focus on what's bets for the child(ren). Completely happy, and successful in court. Single Daddies CAN win!

does not advise issues on clients best interests. She agressively encouraged me to proceed with trial when little was accomplished. Brought in irrelevant details to prolong litigation.

Refuses to consider mediation. Her poor communication skills needlessly prolong cases and actually work against achieving win-win compromises.
