Norman Williams & Ramon petgrave are the worst lawyers that I ever met in my entire life cause they lost my child support case for not telling me the right date & time so good job people!!

I have worked with different lawyers in the past and I have to say every single person at this office is fantastic. When I felt like I wasn't being heard by others I felt like they listened and listened well. They gave me the best advice and was able to get the result that I wanted in the end , I will never forget the help but mostly I will never forget their kindness. Ramon, Norm and Dinorah you are truly gems

I want to thank my lawyer for helping me with my child support case specially Ramon Petgrave and that he's great and very smart lawyer and definitely he knows what's he's doing and he always follow up with me about my case. Will recommend him to anyone needs help .

I have been using Mr. Williams for at least 30 yrs. Over the yrs I have used many of times. My entire family at one time or another has also used him. I find him to be one of the top Hamilton Lawyers that I would always want on my side. Never have I not had an immediate response from him. His cell number has always been listed and given out which alot of lawyers no longer do. His staff is exceptionally pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Williams as I have done to my family and friends many times over the years.

I was referred to Mr. Williams through another Attorney. My experience with Mr. Williams was nothing but stressfull and time consuming. Once the retainer was giving nothing had be done for several months. I had called 40-50 times in a duration of several months. Having great difficulties getting a hold of the secretary. Was told I wouldn't have to worrie about anything. Months later I get a call stating this matter should of been dealt with sooner was also told that papers would be mails to me and I would now have to deal with the small claims court and having to get someone served with papers. Days later I was sent an email with this papers and had to print them off myself. I now had to do all footwork myself. I feel I was ripped off and was not help with my situation. I fell this lawyer is inadequate and very unhelpful.
