Balbir was my lenders lawyer for my second mortgage. He seemed intent on making the process as difficult and expensive as possible. He seemed very lazy requiring my lawyer to manually change documents because he didn't want to re-print them. He didn't itemize his bill so it's hard to see where he over-charged me but I'm fairly certain he did. This guy is a money grabber I'd beware.
