He sided with the opposing lawyer. After giving him $4,000 to file a protective order, we won the order.. but he gave us the wrong papers so we could not pick up my grandson. He told us to return to his office. We went back early only to find him on the phone with the opposing lawyer rescinding the protective order. Of course, he did not return the money that was given to him that morning of the trial. He should have gotten the money from the opposing lawyer since it seemed like he was working for him. Mark charged unreasonable fees, he did not return calls. He did not fight for my son's rights. He tried to say that we did not pay our bill, but he never sent us one. He did not even have our address correct in his records. Our new lawyer is now trying to correct all the things that Mark. Over $10,000 for no representation.....
