Found him to be very incompetent. Asked to review very small file that had been started by another solicitor in firm as aware of pertinent info in there. Lutes had completed Court of Discovery with me and I was disappointed with his overall understanding of case. He obviously had not review file or partners' notes at all before going into the Court of discovery. What a waste of my time and money.
