A talker
A smooth talker.
Runs up the clock.
Gives bad advice.
Will make you fearful and creates stress and anxiety with his personality towards the client so he Can trap you in concern and billing.
He will do what ever he can to keep you on the phone and long emails (so he can bill you)
-Harvey really doesn’t work.
-He gets you scared
-Then he pretends your screwed and he’s the only solution.
-then he acts like he won’t take your case unless you have $100k to start and that your case is a major major case.
- then he has other people do the work while finding ways to bill you more.
- he’s not a good lawyer will probably lose your case
hes just a smooth smooooth talker and money grabber. Watch out for this type. They will get you in their clutches.

My replacement lawyer apologized that Lawyers like Berger are in the legal system and than promptly won my case where with Berger, it would have been doubtful. The Law Society advised me to do a complaint and they would investigate. Timelines not met, poorly written letters, no attention or retention of facts, poor presentation in court or with Judge. Very expensive for the little effort he puts towards a case. There are much better lawyers out there and cheaper.
