He disappeared on me and stopped taking my calls in the middle of a matter in which I had retained him. He didnt return emails or phone calls or text messages. I paid him a retainer of a few thousand dollars and it looks like thats all he was after. You live and learn

He told me he filed certain paperwork and then I found out months later that he hadn't done that. I found out because he disappeared in the middle of my case and I could no longer find him. He left a big pile of mess behind him which I sorted through with my new lawyer which is when I found out he didnt really do any work on my file at all. If you thought a lawyer wont ruin his reputation with you for a few thousand dollars, this one will prove you wrong: no amount is small enough for him pull these kinds of wreckless shenanigans. The saying you get what you pay for is very apt in this case. Do yourself a favor, delete his number

I had the same experience as all the other posters here that complained about the disappearing lawyer who compromised their cases and took forever to get simple matters completed. On a personal level I liked him but maybe just to grab a beer but for God's sake dont hire him as your lawyer

My experience with Michael was nothing short of regretful. He was very responsive and attentive to my issue when we first got in contact; he would even call me after hours and on weekends. However, once he was paid he stopped responding to my messages, emails and calls. He would disappear for weeks on end, he would constantly lie to me and put my case in jeopardy. A matter that should have taken less than a month to complete, dragged on for 6 months. Michael was even suspended from the law society at one point during our engagement. Eventually I had to fire him and retain another attorney who got done what took Michael 6 months in less than 2 weeks. I would advise any one looking to hire Michael Panacci to check his his history of disciplinary action on the Law society website. He has a track record of not dealing with his clients in a professional and timely manner. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this con man of a lawyer.

This lawyer is the best defence lawyer I have met in my many years in litigation I had many charges against me I was innocent but as it stands the crown wanted criminal convictions. He worked very diilegentlybtoo get me the best possible deal. That being no criminal conviction against me and a reduced fine. Thanks to him I can still get across the border too see our grand children daughter and my sister whobr all American citizens I would recommend him highly too get you the best possible results even when you back is too the walk thank you Mr Michael Panacci my saviour he is now fighting two criminal convictions against my name that never happened my life is his thank you sir a very happy client THAT WOULD SEND AS MANY CLIENTS I CAN POSSIBLY SEND HIM KNOWING THAT HE IS A COMPENDENT, RELIABLE HARD WORKING LAWYER OUT THERE THAT IS WILLING TOO GIVE 110% EFFORT INTO FINDING THE BEST SOLUTION FOR YOUR CASE. My experience with Mr. Panacci can be best described as a series of regret and disappointment. I trusted in him and his so called "skill" but he unfortunately let me down knowingly. He isn't cheap either so not only did I invest my trust in him, I also invested a huge chunk of money. I truly hope I never have to experience this again. In fact, I hope no one experiences what I did. You would think that a lawyer would be the epitome of someone who is dependable. This guy was the complete opposite of that.
