I am on the other side, Lyndsay represents my soon to be ex spouse. She's not easy, is vigilant, and fortunately I have a good lawyer too. She is ethical and tenacious at the same time. Each spouse having good lawyers makes the divorce process much easier.

Lindsay is truly one of the most evil family lawyers you could come across. She's a classic example of a corrupt family lawyer earning profit of the toil of Calgary Families. Don't doubt the ratings here and stay far away from this firm and protect your family. One of the few ethical family lawyers in Calgary is Laurie Stephen any lawyer at Thornsborough Smeltz LLC.

Lynsey has been amazing as a lawyer. My ex fights about everything and previous lawyers were lackluster in hearing me and supporting me, but Lynsey has been great. She provided strong support through the lies and false innuendo of CFS to backing me against my ex who likes to try to play a professional victim. Without a doubt I would recommend Lynsey as a lawyer. She pushes back on you to make sure you are being truthful to her not making stuff up but has 100% been there when I needed her. If you need a family lawyer, and also if CFS is involved, I strongly recommend Lynsey Mincher.

Disgusted with my experience with Lynsey. Like everyone else on here with negative comments, totally agree. Cost me tens of thousands of dollars, and wanted another $13,000 to be present in court. I ran out of money, and ended up representing myself. Bills kept piling up, and got charged for EVERYTHING!!!! Caused more damage than good

This lawyer is evil. This lawyer is litigious. This lawyer is ruthless. Every stereotype of a lawyer you can imagine can't measure up to what a evil woman this lawyer is....don't support family lawyers like this please that place money over your family and your wellness.

I agree with the other reviews on here, sloppy drafting in her communications with me and she picks fights with your ex's lawyer just to line her pockets. She had no interest in resolving my file whatsoever until my money ran out.

I've had a great experience with Linsey and Andrew at Mincher Koeman Family Law. They are detailed, knowledgable (to the point of brilliance) and very professional. The first thing you'll notice is their passion and respect for the law. I highly recommend!

Lynsey is a person with integrity and compassion. She has many other great qualities; here I would like to highlight these two traits specifically. She has a very tough job, this is objective. As my lawyer, she helped to guide me through one of the most difficult periods of my life. I enjoyed interacting with her and others in her office; moments of assurance in the midst of turmoil and despair. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of her services.

I can not say enough about working with Lynsey and her knowledge and tenacity working through child custody and child support issues. I went through three lawyers looking for the best and I found the best in Lynsey. She has gone above and beyond when working against what I perceived to be the unethical lawyer of my X. Always well prepared and in touch . Tough , strong and smart.

Terrible experience! She is as close to useless as you can get. Her so-called "assistants" are even worse. What poor value. Thousands of dollars later and less than what my husband I would have worked out if we had just used mediation. Don't know how she lives with the poor "advice" she gives. Don't hire her.

Had terrible experience with this lawyer. Has me enter into arbitration and then left the process a third of the way through. Had to pay for papers to be re-done over and over again. Continued to bill me even when she no longer worked for me!

She acted for a relative of mine, and she was really on top of the law and well prepared, showed up with all of her law books and case law 10x more prepared than opposing counsel, but she missed the human element and that the judge had a conscience. The judge was moved by allegations of scuzzball behavior by her client, and she failed to address it. She says the judge was wrong on the law, but what do you do--appeal which takes a year+, and thousands of dollars and the judge knows this. So, maybe it was inexperience, maybe it was a failure to read people and in particular the judge. She needed to address the judge's questions about her client being scuzz, and at the end of the day the judge didn't want to help a scuzzy dog. She could have addressed it better if she wasn't so cocky about knowing everything about the law.

Lynsey and her team have shown me nothing but respect and pure professionalism. My case has been handled exactly how it should have been.
