BEWARE! he recently got his liscense revoked by the law society look him up.. the only thing he can do well is cash your cheque. don't say you weren't warned.

This guys is a thief! DO NOT go to him.i lost 5000$ because of him. A real estate lawyer charges on average 1000$-1500$, he charged me 3500$.i was a first time home owner n was supposed to receive back 50% of my propert tax.lost that amount because he DIDNT file my papers and he had 12 months to do it with the city!THIEF NOT A LAWYER

Run from this lawyer He will take your money and not get the job done takes forever to return calls doesnt do what he says he is doing on your case Let important deadlines go by by not responding to the other lawyer in the time he was suppose to. Had to get another lawyer to try and get lawsuit back on tract. Wont send a statement of your account for money paid to him even after asking him many many times. Doesnt let you see all the documents that was sent to him from the other lawyer. Dragged case on for 5 years with nothing settled because of no response from him in the time limit the lawsuit was dismissed.Promises you that things are being done when nothing is done at all. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone. waisted 5 years with this lawyer with nothing but broken promises

Since posting my first complaint about Mr Croiset he has come around and taken steps to concluding my case. It took a little urging but in the end he ensured me that he will do all possible. And that makes me happy!

This guy lost important files, never returned calls or emails. I had a Very important file to sue police and this CLOWN Claudius cosset van ushlen ran me out of limitation time. We have a law firm now in Ottawa going after him and I will be starting a class action against him. We will do whatever it takes to get him barred. A complete waste of human skin. Took over 6599 and did nothing! KJW & SMW Don't waste your time with this SO CALLED LAWYER! Do yourself a favour loose his number he has no class.

My case just settled last week! He was the third lawyer that took it on. The first two could'nt get it done. They didnt want to go to Court. Claudius is in Court often. Sometimes he can't get back to you immediately if he is. Court takes lots of time especially waiting. That's why lawyers don't like to go. Anyway, he does, if he has to, and that's what it took get the result I wanted. He was prepared to keep going back to Court if necessary. Thanks very much !

Got my case started a while back, 3-4 years ago, multiple dimension case, one got resolve, other 2 still ongoing, while busy getting work in other cities, this lawyer rarely take time to return phone calls and emails, with pathetic excuses for not doing so. Has partnership with other lawyer in different city, seems a bit lunatic when talking to him like if he is not following the conversation. At this point i think he might have some other business he's involve in. To be knowledgeable, he has to be, he is a Master or Doctorate in law but one on one he sux. That being said he does some after hour work as i received some communication from him late at night, different time zone maybe??? Look for some other lawyer, not good with providing status update on anything, at anytime orher then when he said so, not when you ask for it. Good luck with your search

Took a while but the end result was GREAT. He is busy so it does take time to get a scheduled meeting. That said, he does work past 6pm and can set an appointment on a weekend which is nice.

I rarely get answers from him. He never returna my calls or emails and my case has barely moved in 3 years. Ive has 2 kids since this started and its a big case. Waste my moneynow lolking for another lawyer but have no money left. Would think he would care but no. Always wishywashy asnwers when i demand them.

I should have further research this lawyer before hiring him. He was unreliable, didn't return my calls or my emails, and seemed generally careless. I had a fairly uncomplicated case, but he struggled to answer basic questions related to it. In sums, he didn't act professionally at all. I was told by a friend to always go for a lawyer who specializes in one or two areas of practice. According to his website, he has 11, which is unlikely for such a young lawyer. Stay away.

We needed a lawyer for an employment related legal matter. In total, the process took almost a year having to go through mediation, negotiations and a settlement. From day 1, this lawyer was knowledgeable, professional, engaged, available (you always get a reply to emails/calls & he will make time for you), transparent, straightforward and honest. By honesty, I mean he will tell you what to expect (no sugar-coating), he will work hard on your case no matter how big or small, and you will not be overcharged. This lawyer was well worth the value, I would highly recommend him to anyone needing services in his area of practice. We will definitely hire him again in the future should the need arise.
