Unfortunately he’s a Judge now, and the absolute worst. My experience with him was deciding school his complete lack of common sense. The basis, racist decision that was made due to him siding with the other party strictly on race. The decision he made forced me to change jobs, take time away from kids, it also make have to drive 45 minutes opposite way of where my child have to be 3-4 times a week. If the decision was in my favor nothing would have changed for the other parent involved. I wasn’t asking for more custody time. I only wanted my child to go to school near me. The school I picked is 8 out of 10 stars great school 1 mile from my home. The school the mother picked is 45 minutes from me and about 25 minutes from the mother the school is also rated 2 out of 10. The kids are below average in every category except assaults dropouts gangs and drugs. My child was interviewed by this judge and told him she wanted to go to school near her father. It’s sad that a 12 year child knows

Seriously. Look somewhere else. This Guy is full of false claims; Very poor communicator; Lost sight of case, awarding ex default judgments & garnishments. Zero knowledge of military. Awarded ex half of military retirement that she was not entitled to. Didn't show up for hearings. Relied on me to do most of my legal defense. I'd have been better off representing myself.

Mr. Bovee has been more than helpful in my case. He is knowledgable and professional. He is kind patient, I had a special kind of divorce, Extreamly difficult respondant. Mr. Bovee has been the best and I would recommend him to anyone else in need of a great family law attorney. Thank you Mr Bovee. He always answered me timely, I could not have asked for a better attorney thru our difficult time.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Paperwork was filed late and im still in court fixing this case 6 months later.
