this was the first time I hired a lawyer. Normally I have a prejudgement over medical doctors and lawyers. Of course, this is not fair.
Anyway, I am satisfied from Mr. Sherritt's services. It seems that he memorized the Quran of the immigration law. His mimics and jokes
were a great relief during a hard time for me. There were some minor issues related to his legal assistant in terms of being a good bridge.
However considering the overload on her, it is not a big deal.

*AVOID* Don't touch with a barge pole. Go elsewhere.
Michael Sherritt's assistant made a telephone appointment with me and when Mr Sherritt didn't call, I called his direct line a few mins after the appointment time. I got his assistant who told me he was in a meeting.
I never heard anything back, this after me taking a day off work and costing me $750. No calls or emails are ever returned. Complete waste of time and money. Never had this kind of experience or service with any kind of attorney I've dealt with before.

He knows the same as I know, Probably I know more about immigration. Communication: terrible, they don’t answer e-mails, you can’t find them in the office, they cancel appointment by phone. They will always say: I don’t know how to advised you with that. I email them 3, 4 and 5 times, asking questions, they didn't get back to me, so I always have to call. They are not professionals in what they do, they are not serious, immigration is a very important process but they don't care about you. Michael Sherrit and his staff just play with your time and money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with Sherrit Greene firm. You can do a better job without a lawyer, if you need one, just be careful, and look for the right one and do a research.

This lawyer has good knowledge in field of immigration but lacks skills in communication. I made a phone call for appointment reception transfer the line to his sectary which goes to answering. I left the message with all my details and even sent an email for appointment but till date there has been no response. i would advice everybody that instead of wasting your time check for other lawyers who can respond and communicate with at every stage.
