A very good lawyer if you are rich and/or are looking to buy insurance. You cannot help but be impressed by his knowledge of Medicare trust ins and outs. He can save you time and stress but does demand an upfront payment for Medicare trust work that will not be reimbursed if the client dies before the trust is completed. Barry is extremely busy and not the best at handling emergency situations. Be prepared to book ahead weeks in advance. this gives his boutique practice a bit of a factory feel. Also discourages piecemeal documentation presentation which can be disturbing. he is honest and trustworthy but his instructions are sometimes incomplete and difficult to follow and his staff slow in responding to questions. His associate is a bit more helpful and is more accessible and personable. Barry cannot come off as if he only cares about marginal accounts if they want to leave.
