We hired Mr. Wheaton and he could not understand the case, but aggravated it. We lost so much money because of his negligence and failure to take care of his clients. Do not trust him at all. He's there for a big paycheck only at the cost of his client. Perfect place to get injustice with a high cost.

I was using Micheal Wheaton for a business deal, he bragged about his experience but it was soon clear to me that he had may have misled me, he didn't understand many simple documents and I had to explain several times to him what he was looking at, even when I was walking him through things I found out later that I was being charged, I discontinued his service and went to another lawyer, his final bill was almost double what he quoted me.

DO NOT EVER use this lawyer!!! The quality of his services was pathetic. He gives misleading or inaccurate advise!!! He certainly is not there to assist his clients he is only there to collect a high priced paycheck at your expense!

He is a complete waste of money and did nothing to help his client, in fact he just made things worse. Did not stick up for client in court and I thought that was one of the reasons to have a lawyer... If you are SMART you would stay clear from him...
