I felt like he was more interested in getting paid from the sale of the house and like he was representing the person buying the house. He would say one thing and then do another. He kept all the money that was owning to me without any justification. He is Shady and does not give proper legal representation., I would not recommend this lawyer.

I have bought and sold a couple of houses with Jeremy representing me.
I have been extremely satisfied with the services I received from Jeremy and his team. Jeremy and his team were professional, addressed all my needs and completed my paperwork in a timely manner. They went above and beyond in working with my lender. I highly recommend Jeremy Feuer Law Corporation!!

Steer clear of this lawyer, he doesn't answer emails and when he actually does he's incredibly rude. He seems to have forgotten that WE PAY for his services and expect something from it. 4 weeks later, still waiting on an answer regarding disbursement of funds.

Charged 3 times what a Selkirk Lawyer would have then he and my realtor refused to release my file.

I dealt with Jeremy for the purchase of a property. He was Extremely knowledgeable. I guess that's why he specializes in Real Estate! would definitely recommend him. Very accommodating as I needed to sign at one office and pick up at his other office.
