We hired Johnathan to help with a land dispute. He researched the matter, came out to see the land and get a full understanding of the issue. When court came the opposing lawyer had no understanding of farming or the issue in dispute. Johnathan was able to speak with knowledge of the issue and knowledge of the law. During negotiations, he spoke wiht us plainly and realistically about what we should expect going forward. Negotiations settled the matter, but we feel that the other party settled because Johnathan was completely confident moving forward with case as long as required. The office staff were great to work with as well. Phone calls and email questions answered promptly. Thanks! Hope we don't required your services again, but if we should, we know where to go.

We hired Jonathan on a moment's notice a few years ago for what was going to be a very messy divorce with one party vowing to play dirty and rack up a large legal bill for the other party, Jonathan spoke sense to the matter, and although maybe not the end result we would have hoped for, we certainly didn't lose either (yet). We have the utmost confidence in Jonathan's abilities, and when anyone posts a poor review about a divorce attorney, please remember that in ALL divorces, NO ONE WINS! There will always be people happy to post bad reviews about a bad situation. Who is ever happy to say they lost 50% of their home to a "jerk"? I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. If you are prepared to take a step back and look rationally at your situation, Jonathan will be able to get your divorce handled efficiently and effectively.

If you are looking for someone who will go to great lengths to come to an agreement regardless of whether it's something you wanted or not, then this man is for you. Don't mind if he calls you stupid, or refuses to go to court because he "doesn't want to have to wear a monkey suit"! He's affordable and that's the only thing he's got going for him.
