His behaviour and his work is unprofessional and unethical. All he cares about is money and will prolong your case even when it doesn't need to. Both the parties were willing to settle a simple and straightforward divorce case but he kept pushing it towards unnecessary trial. If you don't listen to him, he becomes aggressive and rude in his approach. His paperwork was often filled out wrongly or using the wrong forms. It's obvious that he is very distracted with making money and attracting new clients. Once you pay him the money, he starts to show his true colors. He is not knowledgeable with family law but will mislead you into believing that he is very experienced and know what he is doing. He is an unethical lawyer and should be reported. I eventually found another lawyer and got the right help I needed.

I was stuck in an impossible situation and was not sure I would ever get my money out of the other party. Mr Duggal was and is my hero. I got all the money back and my sanity. He made me at ease during the entire process and I never lost confidence in his ability. He fought for me. I will never go to another Lawyer.

I am surprised by the rating below. I used Mr. Duggal for my trial in Ottawa and he was exactly what I needed: professional, upfront and got things done and did not try to eat my money unlike my lawyers before who did nothing. I was constantly involved in every step of the process and knew what was going on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

By far the worst lawyer I have come across. He is extremely unprofessional and only profit driven. He will make you do most of the work on your own case. Including making you search for cases online. He is dishonest and not reliable. I agree with other reviews that indicate he is difficult to get ahold of. Once, you have signed a retainer good luck trying to get ahold of him. He also has shady business practices. Often only accepting cash from you and then not providing receipts or reporting the payments on invoices. This man needs to be reported to the Law Society. Trust me - stay away you will be better served elsewhere.

If you are looking for a lawyer who will be nice and polite and sugar-coat things, don't bother going to Ajay. But if you want a no-nonsense lawyer to win the case for you, to tell you off where needed and to fight every authority on your behalf, Ajay is the man!I have also done the real estate closings with him and he fought with the bankers for me, fought the seller's lawyer and in the end, got me the best deal. Highly highly recommended!!

Hiring Ajay was the best decision I took to handle my mortgage case. I really liked his way of working. I got the value of each penny I paid and will definitely be my first lawyer of choice for any civil litigation I may need to deal in future.

A stern lawyer in court. Very bold and knowledgeable. I did read the reviews. Especially the one, which portrayed him in bad light. I had to go to Ajay Duggal because no one else would take my trial case. I am happy that I retained Ajay Duggal and did not listen to that review. I found him practical, efficient, effective and quick. I got the results I wanted. It was five day trial and he dealt with it in the utmost professional manner. I would definitely go to Ajay Duggal again if need be and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a result-oriented trial lawyer.

I went through 4 big law firms that all said father never wins and they ruined any chance of success. I hired Ajay in October and trial in November..there were 15 bankers boxes and Ajay and his article student pankaj shook the family law to its core. He went in and omg came out swinging that other side had no idea what hit them. I got custody of my kids, excellent results in civil portion and on top of it Ajay rocked OCL and Halton children aid society. Quite ironic that the 2 female case workers who were against me are no longer employed by CAS.if you are a father and want your kids then Ajay will bring your kids as part of your family and not as guests. Great lawyer just to good to be true. My ex thought she could get away with abusing kids but Ajay gave her taste of own message. I want everyone to understand I paid for his services and I am not getting anything by writing this. If you want results and not bias settlements take Ajay if he does not live up to the standard I will pay.

Too bad I couldn't rate him a 0 because he sucks! He doesn't communicate with you with anything he suppose to be doing. My realtor did most of the work NOT him. He wasted my time and money! He's just a money grabber...It must be nice to be called a lawyer collect the money but don't do NOTHING! He never returned calls so I started emailing and he wouldn't get back to that either. He was very rude and did NOTHING I directed him to do. I recommend you don't waste your time and money because you'll end up with a new job that your paying for.

I hired ajay for my civil trial. it was a tough case and ajay did very vell. he is a good fighter in the court, daring and knows what he is doing. he turned a losing case into a victory. i am very satisfied with his performance in court as well as communication with me.

You will be better off with your wife's lawyer,this man is nice until you have signed and pay the retainer then he turns into a demon. He has very poor work ethics his main inters is in finding ways to extort money from you not to act in your best interest he only acts in Ajays best interest . His method is its easier to get money from you than the person that you are suing.He prays on your need for help as he is aware men rarely have a chance of winning anything in a family court because of the way its structured he would not advise you of that in the onset instead he finds ways to lengthen the process and find ways to empty your pockets.He should not be in a position of trust I will be filing an official complaint against him with the law society of upper Canada
