This lawyer represented a family member on a serious criminal charge. He demanded a huge amount of money and told us he would destroy the prosecution case. When the time came for trial preparation, he started to say that we had to make a deal with the prosecutor and that we could not win at trial. That is the opposite of what he told us when he took our money. We left and got someone else. This guy may be a senior lawyer in Halifax but he is way past the "best before date" and is only at it for the money. Other lawyers refer to him as "plead him guilty Joel". Avoid this lawyer.
