I was advised that I could file a complaint against Dr. Filion with College Des Medecins Du Quebec. I paid $5.00 for an Affidavit signed by Ville de Montreal and $31.00 for printing of 6 files as requested. Non of which were ever read.I presented myself at the Tribunal as I was told. He was not interested to hear me out regarding my case and did not even bother to look inside my file and degraded me. I lost time and unnecessary expense of $35.00 due to his dishonesty
