	3/22/16	1	1	1	1	1	Mr Green filed a frivolous motion against me taking an adverse position to one that he had previously argued on the same subject and won, costing me undue financial burden, then he dismissed the case after months of non compliance to mandatory disclosure . This is completely against the rule of law. He has practiced law for 20 years and should know better.
