I needed an accountant at mediation not Mr. John Fowler, who had a relaxing day whatever the outcome. The money and time I spent "estimating" the belongings and effects we had after a 20 year marriage were a complete waste. Most of the belongings were either given away or junked. As was the close to million dollars I made prior to my filing. During mediation,despite demonstration to the respondent's attorney and Mr. John Fowler a payment of $2,300 was not taken off at the end of the day's "settlement". I have been off work due to disability for most of the last year and a half yet still expected to pay 25% of, full working gross income. Although at one time, I believe January of 2013,I had an offer of substantially reduced support, which more closely reflects my current disability income, yet I never ever received a call from Mr. Fowler regarding this. A previous offer of settlement was presented to me 07/12/12 the day after major surgery while still on the morphine pump. Really?
