He was paid to show up for court and no showed twice. The judge litterally kicked this guy's assistance out of the court and was left to fend for myself.

This man showed up late for my hearing, had not read my file, was constantly doing something on his phone for the duration of my hearing, and was constantly checking his watch because he wanted (and stated openly) to get back home. He could not demonstrate he knew the facts of my case and was altogether unprepared for our meeting. Then there is the fact that he was aggressive and demeaning to me while asking me questions after my hearing that he should have asked before. If he is assigned to you....RUN

Very fair and professional. Tolerant and understanding for someone who does not understand what is happening. I would have no problem recommending this man.

An absolutely amazing lawyer. Extremely competent; professional; reliable & very understanding. He treats you with the utmost respect; dignity & kindness. You are not just another client to him - you are treated like a real human being regardless of your situation or financial means. I would put my life in this lawyer's very capable and competent hands. I trust him implicitly - he has never disappointed me & was there for me when I needed it the most. To this day I still recommend him to everyone I encounter. I just wish more lawyers were like Mr. Don McKay.
