My experience with Scott Family Law was awful. To make a long story short, I ended-up having to file a lawsuit against Andrew Botros, who is one of their attorneys.
The two attorneys I worked with at this law firm are James Scott and Andrew Botros. The document they prepared for me contained so many errors that I lost faith and trust in their ability to represent my best interests.
For example, all they had to do was copy my financial information from one page to another and they put the wrong bank account names and listed incorrect values. Had I relied on their work, I may have lost a lot of money because the document was supposed to protect my assets, not put them in jeopardy.
I had to hire a different attorney because their work was not acceptable. On a positive note, they gave me some of my money back, but refused to return the final $295. They billed my credit card for this $295 before even stepping foot into their office.
