UNPROFESSIONAL. Was a recent home buyer and was introduced to her for the closing. She initially appeared to be knowledgeable and would respond to communication. Once the signing went under way she was hard to reach and unresponsive to follow up communication. WORST OF ALL: 1) NAMES SPELLED WRONG ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS/DOCUMENTS, 2) DISMISSED ERRORS IN DOCUMENTS NOTING IT WAS NOT IMPORTANT, 3) UNWILLING TO EXPLAIN WHAT WE WERE SIGNING. Minor issue: complained about scanned documentation (her staff/she was incompetent when it comes to computers/technology). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME/MONEY. Also - office driveway is not driver friendly.

If you are considering her service, PLEASE RUN!! She is not professional and totally not knowledge. She had made a mistake in calculating my closing costs and totally got my name mixed up in the closing deal. Definitely would not recommend her service to anyone.
