WHAT A NIGHTMARE . WORST ATTORNEY I EVER HAVE HAD.Problems , started when the money (contingent fee) $2000.00 I paid him ran out. He immediately petitioned to be withdrawn from the case. Problem is that he never notified me his client. When I finally found out about this I then petitioned the court to reopen the petition for withdrawal. The judge granted my petition. Then ordered a hearing. This attorney never showed up for the hearing and the judge ordered Mr. Taylor to represent me. He then said he would represent me but when it came to responding to the pending motions for sanctions/ cost against me he did not. A judgment was entered against me for costs and secondary costs. I then called Mr. Taylor and told him I talked to the Knoxville bar association and they said to file a petition to reopen the judgment in the existing court. But despite my request he filed a untimely appeal by fax which was eventually thrown out because the appeals court does not accept faxes. He then withdrew
