Lack of communication skills, cannot relate in layman terms to clients, acts as if he is the boss and does not listen to clients, avoids talking to clients how to work case, acts on his own behalf and not clients. Can be rude to clients. Sends clients to doctors who do not help client, but sometimes hurts them. He makes things worse.
