Shes the judge-her ruling was as if she didnt even read the case-my lawyer doesnt even understand the ruling-shes setting a precedent to allow criminals to get away with fraud-I know she didnt read it-thats the only explanation unless she doesnt understand the law-either way its unacceptable

Horrible, biased attorney, so I can only imagine how she is as a judge. Part of the corrupt Maricopa Family Court System. Just in it to bleed money from families - on both sides of a case. Didn't even bother learning most of the details about my case. Had her assistants do most of the work and was just all around very sloppy with the law. And I write this review after the judge in my case awarded me what I was asking for. No thanks at all to Mrs. Touhill.

She is a Judge now and I think she is one of the best Judges in Arizona. I think Hon Judge Jennifer Ryan Touhill was not partial in my sons court case. She listen to both sides. I really feel like she is a good judge on character and that is very important in a lot of cases. Shwas very professional. There is always a winner and a loser. If you feel things was not heard in your case or not treated fairly you can file for Reconsideration or appeal. But to go and publicly bash a Judge just because you lost shows bad character on you.

Totally biased, when a friend of hers is on the one of the sides she always goes with her friend. No morals, definitely no ethics! Crooked stay away from her she is poison. Research it you will see, but other keep protecting her..why no ethics or morals either should be disbarred!

Jennifer and her staff have worked long and hard on my case I would recommend her to anyone who needs help...the law is a broken tool in need of many repairs...

Ms. Touhill was appointed as Best Interest Attorney for my nephew and was paid by the state. Our lawyer was surprised at her lack of response and professional courtesy. She was aware my nephew missed 61 days of school from kindergarten through grade 2. At the trial she stated that she did not obtain either the school or medical records- in fact she never even spoke to his teacher. She also never spoke to my nephew’s grandmother - the person who was seeking custody of him. The mother was ordered to family drug court and was unsuccessfully discharged. Ms. Touhill claimed the mother was getting herself together- only a few weeks prior to the trial the mother got an apartment and enrolled at the local methadone clinic. Based on her recommendation to the judge, my nephew remains with his drug addict mother. Within three months after the ruling the mother was evicted, the methadone clinic stopped giving her methadone (failed drug test) and she has run off with my nephew to another state.
