My ex wife and I are 2.5 years into settling the pension part of our divorce. There are no disagreements, we paid Nancy Bunn to file the QDRO docs for a 401k and a pension. After numerous delays and lack of communication for months at a time, we are still trying to get the correct documents filed with the court and served to the pension administrators.

She filed papers I did not need and they were rejected by the courts, and then refused to refund the 2000 dollars I gave her. She hung up on me when I asked her what she was going to do about it. She never even read my divorce decree. Said she was "suprised" when she read it a month after she filed papers regarding it. I may be out the money but I don't think she should be able to take advantage of others like this, she has no remorse.
