I don't know Charles McKenzie, I only know Cynthia and oh my, what an amazing person and lawyer. She struck me immediately as a warm hearted, highly skilled, clever and professional business woman. In fact, looking back I liked her so much on the day she answered every legal questions ....you could think of; I wished I could have invited her home with me, for some supper. A woman who is extremely thoughtful, kind and generous-natured, efficient and quite wise, and yet her work is Perfection and professional. In other words, she's a Real Winner!!!!

In June 2016,I was faced with a potential crisis at my work. I was suspended after 31 years or employment at my Union job. I had to rely on the very limited legal knowledge of my Union Rep to navigate my case through tumultous waters which could have resulted in my being fired. In desperation, I called an Employment Lawyer who without hesitation, directed me to call McKenzie and McKenzie Lawyers. I too did not hesitate, I made the call. Mr Mckenzie returned my call and spoke to me for 15 mins on the phone to hear my story . The following day, I personally met Mr McKenzie who provided me with solid pointers and gave me strategies to use at my "high steaks meeting". I abandoned my previous format, and even though I was nervous, I applied the strategies given to me by Mr Charles McKenzie. We won. I did not lose my job. I attribute my success to Mr McKenzie. Mackenzie & Mackenzie law firm is wonderful. From the friendly staff, to the knowledgeable attorneys. If ever I need legal council again, Charles Mackenzie is whom I will call. A tenancy issue was going to be very difficult to bring to the landlord-tenant board on my own. Charles did great work to get the issue solved in my favour.

Charles has a lot of wisdom & knowledge, and helped me in a very difficult time. When I needed advise & help determining my rights as a employee. He was very kind in offering his advise & wisdom and I do not know what I would have done with out his help. If you are looking for a genuine kind professional to support you in a difficult time he is the Lawyer you want to go to. I would refer friends or family to him if they are in need of legal support. Charles is a professional with with a strong head on his shoulders who is able to be a third party in something you are very involved in emotionally or mentally. My wife and I felt that we were in a desperate legal situation and contacted Charles Mackenzie. We needed some knowledgeable, hard-nosed advice. Charles offered to see us for a 15 minute, free consultation period. Believe it or not, Charles met with us for much more than an hour, without our having to pay anything. He was able to reach people at City Hall that we had no chance or reaching. More importantly, he explained to us in very clear language what our legal situation was and what it would take for us to win in court. I was struck by (a) Charles' legal intelligence and understanding, (b) his ability to communicate and clarify difficult legal issues and his thoroughly ethical outlook.
