I have worked with Mr. Wianecki on several transactions. His primary focus is on real estate but also handles general family law issues also (contractor disputes, traffic violations, etc.). I find his calm demeanor refreshing as he took the time to make sure I understood what was happening but also when it came time to play hard ball with the other side, he did a great job. I have recommended him to others and they have been happy also. Fees are very reasonable. Bottom line, I like the guy. He does not come across pretentious and does not try to lawyer speak you to death. Just seems like a down to earth guy that knows the law.
