Unscrupulous. The profession has been diminished by individuals who fail to work to assist in positive resolution. Rather, "lawyering" has become the legal form of prostitution, here is my fee. It is a "career", and meant to earn income. But, the cost is high for the client and similar to a "shakedown" if on their receiving end. Ethics, resolution, and character have been diminished to the point that there is no trust or respect for our justice system from top to bottom.

When you to lunch with a client and it is about the statement of costs and services...and an agreement is made not benefiting the vendor (me) and the tab comes and he says....this is no joke...he says we are going dutch....ARE YOU KIDDING....fyi I paid...and he actually let me:) To me that says it all! He will know who this is! Hi Clint:)

Clint Goodman expelled me from our HOA's Board of Directors in violation of state law (A.R.S. 33-1803) and our own Bylaws. He apparently has no regard for the law. His name, in my view, is purely ironic.

Very bad lawyer that misuses the legal system. Goodman sued me for a debt collection. He failed to allow me the FDCPA law to review the documents and dispute the debt and failed serve me. I found out about the lawsuit 32-days prior to the default hearing. I almost lost my home from his scam. Goodman used an invalid Assignment of Debt that an individual signed who had no authority. Goodman swore to the court that the document was valid but the individual's company had terminated its existence with the recorder's office, the debt was forgiven by the real owner of the debt, and the lawsuit was simply fraud. The individual that sued lost $4.5 million when my FTC complaint of false advertising that caused the company to close and file bankruptcy. Goodman sued my wife and myself, HUD, and three other lenders with the baseless lawsuit.Goodman ignored our and our mortgage company lawyer's pleadings that the lawsuit was bogus. I was forced to file bankruptcy to save my from a vengeful person.

In my sixty plus years, I have dealt with attorneys across this country. This attorney exhibited a self-serving interest. He has absolutely no interest in correcting a situation between myself and my HOA. Instead he kept me as a homeowner from meeting with the HOA Board, then charged the HOA for doing so. Then he followed up by attempting to intimidate me with threats of passing on all his legal fees that the HOA paid to my account. The situation with the HOA was a very easy fix by me communicating directly with the HOA Board. However, this attorney denied me that right and istead ground out fees to the HOA. I will be filing with the Arizona Department of Real Estate and having this case heard before an administrative judge.

Clint Goodman is not only a great attorney, he is a great person. He genuinely cares about his clients. He is intelligent, innovative and uses creative means to accomplish his clients' goals. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Goodman for several years and am extremely impressed not only with his knowledge base, but with his commitment to all of my clients. It is refreshing to have someone exhibit such professionalism in a day where many are mediocre at best.

I don't know what the prior ANONYMOUS person's problem is. I have resolved countless issues with Clint and recommend him to anyone that needs help.
