Mr.Hixson is truly wonderful. He helped us get through our difficult time with bankruptcy and we really appreciate his expertise.I am doing this a second time as I don't see my review I did in December 2013. I want everyone to know if you need a professional lawyer you schould schedule a consultation with him. You will be glad you did.

Attorney Hixson and his staff are wonderful.Within weeks my entire world was flipped upside down.I nearly lost everything to Student Loan Garnishments I had few hundred dollars for an entire month’s salary.Threatened by more Creditors.I'd already lost my car, had no savings, my mother was battling Breast Cancer,I was expecting first child.I made appointment with Att. Hixson at his office- Arlington, TX. He made me feel so at ease,he was so intelligent,helpful; he was genuinely concerned for not only me,my family,an of course my financial future. He advised me of all my options to gain financial relief an assured me that he would guide me every step of the way.I chose to file bankruptcy. He was present for my Bankruptcy Meeting with Creditors.He worked with me on my down payment.Enclosing, if it wouldn’t have been for Attorney John A. Hixson I would have lost my career; due to the fact that I couldn't have garnishments and creditors contacting my employer.

After talking to (4) other attorneys I was very discouraged. All of them wanted all of their fee up front at a cost of $3,500+. I did not feel good about any of them. Then one day, I found John Hixson. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and went to talk to Mr. Hixson. From the moment I met him, I knew I had made the right choice. It was obvious to me this man sincerely cares about his work and his clients. He and his staff did everything in their power to reassure us that everything would work out...and it did. I would highly recommend John Hixson to anyone who is about to face Bankruptcy. I almost feel like I was guided to him. He and his staff always returned my calls or emails, always answered my questions, reassured me when I was having doubts, and Mr. Hixson himself went with us to our Bankruptcy Hearing, To anyone reading this, rest assured, with John Hixson, there IS a Light at the end of the tunnel.
