I have only good words for Mr. Cusan. He is an excellent overall attorney/notary, will listen carefully, will give you very wise advice, and his work is always impeccable. You can tell that he has worked hard to draft you contract or Will. His work is very precise. He has remarkable knowledge of Canadian Tax law and of Will and Estates. He has drafted hundreds and hundreds of Wills, or all types, from the simple to the most complex. To finish, he is highly recommended. You cannot go wrong.

I do not deal with anybody else. His knowledge of civil law and tax law is excellent. He is a very wise lawyer, and gives excellent advice. He does not take cases or files just to make money and will tell you exactly your rights. He can be trusted at all levels. His billing is very honest. What else do you want ?

Excellent overall lawyer. Very high knowledge of Quebec Law, especially in trusts and estate law. Very proficient in the drafting of Wills. Has vast knowledge of business and corporate law. Highly recommended.
