I hired Melanie Manchee for my divorce proceedings. She was excellent... compassionate, patient and competent. My case seemed to be dragging on far too long due to the lawyer on the other side being unecessarily vicious, and I became concerned that Melanie was not "tough enough". So I switched to a lawyer with a reputation for being a pitbull in hopes that it would be done faster. After another two years (and a LOT of money) I switched back to Melanie who finished the settlement negotiations. Should have stayed with her all along. She was sensible and fair, and always kept the well-being of the children as the main priority. I highly recommend Melanie Manchee.
