I would stay away from this lawyer, she lacks experience, extremely unorganized, not familiar with protocol and generally incompetent. You have one chance to get it right and this lawyer will run up your fees and fail to obtain a favourable outcome. A financial nightmare that you will have to pay for the future due to her inability to obtain for you what you are legally entitled to.
