Just awful, a terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. We might have saved money by simply hiring a builder to totally re-build our new home before moving in.

This lawyer should not be allowed to work. He is incompetent and very questionable regarding money. He has limited knowledge about real estate matters, although he thinks he is God's gift to the profession. He will prepare documents that are totally wrong; he refuses to answer questions about his errors; he charges over 2000.00 for a simple real estate deal; he pads every one of his accounts with $400.00 or more in "photocopying costs", etc. He double bills at will, and gets double paid. When you catch his double payment it will take months to get your money back, and only after you threaten to report him to the Police. This man has no morals and even less skills and integrity. Do not rely upon him to do anything more than take a lot of your money. He is a curse to the profession, and a danger to the public.
