Hired to settle a parents estate, with very limited assets, was told it would take 6 to 9 months, ended up taking over 2 years. Seemed much more interested in moving his office then handling my case. Case was passed off to office clerks to handle and I was not even made aware of final settlement of case until 2 months after the fact. Billing was nearly double his estimated amount. The judge even reduced his submitted fees. Please take you time and check around for a lawyer before you sign up with one to handle your case.
