Folks, Craig is regarded a top lawyer and is the head of the BC Parental Co-ordinators Association. That being said my experience was quite different. things to watch out for. 1. Billing, do not let him get away with charging in increments of time. Demand actual time billing. 2. In your contract for retainer acting as a PC do not include items that give him power to arbitrate costs. He will tell you he does that but actually does not. He will bill your PC file based on the court order for Section 7 Expenses. 3. Avoid using a PC, specifically this guy if at all possible. I had a relatively simple file but was dealing with an ex partner who was unable to make decisions. It was costing me $5000 a month to have the PC act as counsellor rather than make the decisions. he was not effective and in the end the cost of this burden is not anywhere near fair for the service provided. STAY AWAY FROM NEVILLE.
