Atty John Simonian was recommended to me by a friend and coworker. At first I was so hesitant and nervous and didn’t want to claim bankruptcy and thought I would try and fix my debts myself. I received a collection letter that was a 15 year old debt that I never thought would come back to haunt me, but it did and that’s when I called and scheduled the consult. I was nervous, kind of humiliated and embarrassed by my situation, however I was treated with nothing but respect, he was very consoling and explained to me the whole process, and what I needed to do. The process happened a lot quicker than I had expected. It had gone very smoothly and any questions were answered when I needed them. I have already recommended him to people and do not regret my decision. Only that I wish I had done it sooner. Professional, compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable is the best to describe him.

From the moment of my first phone call to the office, to dealing with his staff and meeting Mr. Simonian himself, I was very pleased with he and his services.
