I will never use her again for anything. Her errors cost me $250.00 and she wouldn't even give a discount. During the divorce she drew up the quit claim deed incorrectly transferred it out of my trust and then never advised my ex-spouse or myself that when the judgment payment was made the satisfaction of judgment papers needed to be signed/notarized. Didn't even give them to either of us. Only reason I discovered any of this 6 years after the fact was my financial planner did a courtesy check on titles and noticed it wasn't in the trust. Name was long and never showed the trust anyway. I really feel I should not have been charged for any of this since it was lawyer error and should have been done correctly at the time of the divorce. I thought the least thing she could have done was to give me a discount for her incompetence. I would not use her for anything and would not recommend her to anyone again as a lawyer to use.
