Mr. Bacchus represented me in a case where I was charged with striking a pedestrian at a crosswalk with my vehicle. There was a minor cut suffered by the lady who walked in-front of me when she fell. Mr. Bacchus did extensive research on the intersection in question, and through his uncanny attention to small detail, found that the traffic and walk lights were infact out of sync. This is something that absolutely nobody else, including the police, noticed. The case was thrown out and my spotless driving record was restored. I absolutely cannot recommend his services highly enough! He is absolutely awesome at what he does, and in my opinion, if he does not win the case, it is only because it is un-winable. I have dealt with lawyers in the past for business and personal issues (Wills and property) and he is tops in my book! A job well done, and I hope to never have to use his fantastic services again! :-) A VERY happy client!

Mr. Bacchus and his team are amazing!!!! I have had his office do a property transaction as well as a will and they have always been friendly, courteous and professional. Avoid this lawyer. He doesn't know what he is doing. he is all bark and no bite. He was completely useless to me when I used him for my case and I regret that I hired him.

Mr. Bacchus helped me buy my first home, he was organized and helped me understand everything to do with purchasing a home for the first with my family. his entire staff is so kind, I grabbed a handful of business cards to give to my friends and family. As one rating said, Mr. Bacchus is unorganized, lacks integrity and is dishonest. I was given scare tactics to go with a defense that wasn't going to help my case but put a lot of money in his pocket.Mr. Bacchus never met with the prosecutor and then tried to bill for hours that weren't accurate. Run as far from this lawyer as you can. You will regret using him for a criminal defense.He is rude as well as arrogant. I have also filed complaints with the Bar and w BBB.

I hired Bacchus and Associates for a slip and fall that occurred in 2012 and was very pleased with the service. Particularly that Mr. Bacchus kept in touch with me throughout the process and was always prompt and courteous in his communication and responses. The case was closed recently with a very fair settlement to both of our satisfaction as well as an agreed upon contingent based fee. I would gladly recommend Mr. Bacchus and I would also personally use his services again should I require them in the future. Very happy customer

i was given the phone number for this law firm through legal aid, over a simple matter of pleading guilty to a case. the fee was 20$, but the lawyer suggested i pay 60$ and he would get in touch with the crown for me to negotiate the specifics. its now one day until my court date and i haven't heard a word back. if you're ever dealing with these ****s don't ever give them more than you have to. even their receptionists are uncooperative on the phone and prefer to hang up on you than explain their reasons. pathetic excuse for legal service, its no surprise their building is ghetto looking I'm surprised they haven't gone bankrupt.

I have to be completely honest and say that I'm surprised by the bad reviews for Wayne Bacchus. I would have to say that I was one hundred percent pleased with the service I received. I saw Mr. Bacchus a few months ago and was stricken with grief, in regards to a matter I'd rather not discuss on this website.I was met with such compassion, helpfulness, understanding and patience that I was compelled enough to search out an avenue in which I could express my gratitude... Here! Everything from the way I was greeted upon entering the doors of Bacchus and Associates to finalizing my legal issues. The legal assistants and secretary were professional, well dressed, very conversational and made me feel like I was welcome. Most of my time was spent with Mr. Bacchus and his legal assistant - Tina. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family, a hundred times over!

What a waste of time and money. I hired this "lawyer" and he agreed to work with me on a contingency. I supplied information, written proof, gave very good information in order to find the person who needed to be served and almost a year later have barely spoken to the man more than once. Unreliable to the extreme. When I decided I wanted to close my file because he wasn't doing anything, I realized if have to pay a $300/hour fee. The thing is, I have seen no proof whatsoever that he or anybody else in his office spent more than 10 seconds looking at my case. I feel ripped off and stupid. Worst lawyer ever. Impossible to get in touch with.

Hired Mr. Bacchus for a simple matter. Supplied him plenty of written evidence which he obviously didn't take the time to read as I had to point out crucial facts to him very near to a court deadline. He had the material for months! He advised to follow a legal path that he termed as "easy enough to pull out of" if we so chose. Months later I was hearing "It's not that easy to pull out of". Was constantly told that I would get return phone calls within 'the hour' but never once EVER received a return call. Actually had to drop by the office to get someone's attention. Last blow came when they were mailing something to me and didn't have my address...I'd been dealing with him for almost a year and thought they took the information I gave them and made a file...silly me for expecting at least organization. In the end got no where near what I expected. Don't bother, in my humble opinion Mr. Bacchus is just unreliable and uninformed in his profession.

I hired this lawyer to represent me in a DUI; I paid his fees but he did absolutely nothing; No knowledge of the law and does not show up for court appearances. Worst lawyer I have ever encountered.
