I was in nursing school as I had a stroke in my senior year and they let me come back to school to finish and I was only had 5 weeks of shadowing to do when an instructor that with my clinical teacher decided she was going to discriminate the whole second semester and she was very very cruel. I went to Joe after thats messed with over I had to wait till she flunked me I passed the theory part and then Joe charge me 10,000 $35. he claimed that he had researched the ADA but yet he missed 180 days that he had to file with the EEOC and the Yurman Relations Commission which is where of where should know he has to go first before he filed in the court because he didn't do this I could not do anything about my case I had been out of school for a year and that means in nursing that you have to be within the one you go back and I mean to any other school either, as a result I lost everything and could do nothing about this.
