Erika Hagan is an excellent lawyer. Erika is very knowledgeable about family law and very professional. Since this was my first time going through a divorce, I had many questions and Erika was there to answer them in a timely fashion. One thing that impressed me about Erika was nothing was sugar coated, she was very straight forward and told me what to expect along the way. All of this made the divorce process a little easier and made me feel more at ease knowing I was being represented by Erika. I highly recommend Erika Hagan.

I was so disappointed with Erika. I had hired her for my divorce and after 2 and a half years and almost $30,000 I still didn't have a separation agreement. When I explained to her about my worries of my youngest son being assaulted. She told me I was "nit picking". Sure enough my son was choked a couple weeks later. Needless to say I hired a new lawyer, and Erika didn't even ask why I fired her. I would assume Erika would be fine to handle a very amicable divorce, but I would not recommend her to anyone. Save your time and money and hire someone else.
